build.log for app-admin/apache-tools-2.4.34

installing =dev-libs/apr-1.6.3-r3 causes apache-tools-2.4.34 to rebuild, but SELinux policies prevent the build from completing.

building apache-tools using =dev-libs/apr-1.6.3 works

caused by apr using /usr/share/apr/build/libtool in -r3, see build.log and avc.log

I am not sure used binaries should be in /usr/share

SELinux policy bug, I already fixed it upstream.
