Description Erik Waling 2002-08-17 13:06:28 UTC
Seems to be problems (dependencies?) with licq-1.2.0a-r1.ebuild. This is what i
get when i try to emerge that ebuild:
--------------------------------------------------------
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge net-im/licq-1.2.0a-r1 to /
kde
kde

!!! ERROR: The ebuild did not complete successfully.
!!! Function set-kdedir, Line -2046, Exitcode 0
!!! set-kdedir: Error: couldn't set kdelibs location, consult log

!!! emerge aborting on /usr/portage/net-im/licq/licq-1.2.0a-r1.ebuild .

--------------------------------------------------------
I don't have the KDE-libs installed. I thought Licq used Qt, not KDE.

Tried running the configure script myself, and there seems to be problems with
dependencies.
Output from configure script from licq 1.2.0a:
--------------------------------------------------------
configure: error: You need to have the libstdc++ headers installed
--------------------------------------------------------

um, silly question, but do you have "kde" in your USE settings? You might wish
to take a look at: http://gentoo.org/doc/use-howto.html
