Initial stab at an ebuild

Initial ebuild.  Had to remove all the patches on this one, so this is a "just compile and install" ebuild.  So far, working with Gentoo host and MacOS client.

Latest version is 1.11.0, released 2019-12-17.  Please adjust the bug report summary accordingly.

In case the version bump turns out to be difficult, the latest version in the 1.10 series is 1.10.3, released 2019-09-03.

x11-misc/synergy-2.0.0 is in the tree and stable.

Synergy 2 is discontinued and unmaintained: https://symless.com/blog/putting-ux-first.  They expect the next major version (i.e. version 3) to become available in 2022 or 2023.  Synergy 1 is still being maintained.  Please reopen.

I was able to compile 1.11.1 with ebuild and patches - attached. It should work with 1.12.0 as well. But patches need to be fixed (at lease internal-gmock-gtest.patch) since it hunk/failed ;)
