Infra, please grant Git repo access to all new trustees elected for 2018.  Also, please add these individuals to the appropriate trustees@gentoo.org alias.

Aaron Bauman (bman)
Alec Warner (antarus)

Also, please remove those individuals who longer require access.

    Add bman & antarus as new trustees. After AGM old trustees should be
    removed.
