I suspect this is https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23579

Maybe we just need a backport of

Will be in 2.27 patchset 4. Doesnt look critical to me though.

Marked as obsolete as glibc-2.26-r7 is stable now for ppc and and glibc-2.27-r6 is masked.
