Comment 7 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2018-07-27 08:39:33 UTC
This should not be possible. Feels like a tinderbox image with still broken metadata or out of sync eclass to me. CCing who added PYTHON_COMPAT just in case.
Comment 8 Michał Górny archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2018-07-27 10:07:00 UTC
I really have no clue how you repeatedly manage triggering this.
Comment 9 Zac Medico gentoo-dev 2018-07-27 16:27:36 UTC
Check the output of this command:

portageq metadata / ebuild dev-libs/glib-2.54.3-r6 IUSE

Also, check if you have a customized portdbapi.auxdbmodule setting in /etc/portage/modules.
