app-emulation/lxc-3.0.1 has been in the tree for more than a month and its latest significant change (python and templates USE flags) have been there nearly a month. I think we can stabilize.

Version 3.x stops supporting the pre 2.1 config format, but v2.1 was spammy enough about deprecated config that it won't come as a surprise. In anycase, we'll keep 2.x in the tree for a while to give time to user to update their config.
