As requested by leio.  The 6.0.1 versions also include some bugfixes to compiler-rt which no longer worked with new glibc.

Let's welcome arm64 to our new stable family.  I've included you in all packages that have ~arm64 keywords but feel free to reduce the set as you see fit (and stable-mask appropriate clang-runtime flags).

llvm and co stable on arm64; clang/libcxx and co a bit later on.
As arm64 is only one left, adjusting package list to what's left (removing the 4 packages that are now done).

Most of the rest stable on arm64, except for sanitizers, libcxx and co.
libcxxabi tests are failing (they fail to link or something) and compiler-rt-sanitizers fails tests. Some of these might be architecture specific.

Temporary p.use.stable.masks until these are looked at more deeply:
sys-devel/clang-runtime libcxx sanitize
sys-devel/clang default-libcxx


Adjusting package list again to what's left due to this

We may try a newer version if upstream fixed anything.
