Why do you mix stable gpac with unstable freetype?

The tinderox usually does not mix stable and usntable.
But it masked an unstable package version if that fails to emerge.

Then later it uses - say as a dep of another package - the best visible version of that package which is then eventually the stable version.

Closing as this is an issue of mixing stable gpac with unstable freetype (which lacks freetype-config script).
