emerge --info media-libs/mesa

After upgrading mesa to any >=media-libs/mesa-18.1.0 my wine-d3d9 apps cannot render (display white screen) and freeze.
Tested with app-emulation/wine-d3d9:3.12. emerge --info =app-emulation/wine-d3d9-3.12

emerge --info media-libs/mesa :

Test app: S.T.A.L.K.E.R CoP Benchmark https://cop.stalker-game.com/?page=benchmark (with d3d9 render mode)
