emerge mysql-administrator on a amd64 (64bit) linux works.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge mysql-administrator

I have  a problem to install mysql-administrartor , see the following errors 

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld:
warning: libpangocairo-1.0.so.0, needed by /usr/lib/libgtkmm-2.4.so, not found
(try using -rpath or -rpath-link)

Pedro, running revdep-rebuild will fix your problem
