Description Emil Petrakov 2018-07-14 15:55:08 UTC
I wonder why the package intaller creates "_rspamd" user instead of "rspamd".

After every installation or upgrade we have to change the "rspamd.service" file to correct the user name.

I have the same problem since many versions of rspamd.

What is the meaning of underscore users anyway? in BSD they use it for nologin services.

Here i get:

Jul 16 17:02:27 hostname systemd[27672]: rspamd.service: Failed to determine user credentials: No such file or directory │···················
Jul 16 17:02:27 hostname systemd[27672]: rspamd.service: Failed at step USER spawning /usr/bin/rspamd: No such file or directory

Huh, and I still didn't get any answer from the package maintainers.
