I wanted to install the adobe flash plugin and portage came up with the following error: ~ sudo emerge --ask www-plugins/adobe-flash These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! [ebuild N ] www-plugins/adobe-flash-30.0.0.113 USE="nsplugin -ppapi" ABI_X86="64 -32 (-x32)" Would you like to merge these packages? Surprisingly there's only been a minor difference, but this one makes it impossible to download adobe flash player. The correct link/the one I got is: https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/30.0.0.134/flash_player_npapi_linux.x86_64.tar.gz I hope this is the right place to mention this, and would be very gratefull if this gets fixed soon. (And sorry for the bad formatting, I don't know how to do it here, it's my first report here) Greetings

Just for clarification: The problem is not (only) the version but the file path which changed from 'pub' to 'get'. (At least how I would interpret my research)
There's no need to change the path. Just bumping the version by renaming the ebuild is enough to fix this breakage. I added www-plugins/adobe-flash-30.0.0.154 to my overlay: https://github.com/stefantalpalaru/gentoo-overlay
Another version bump is needed (to .154), since .134 is no longer available for download.
