The fix of Bug #62513 introduced with xpdf-3.00-r2 does not work sufficiently.
Even with correct owner password, I get an "Error: Incorrect password". (With just the user password, I get a pair of "Error: Incorrect password" and "Error: Incorrect owner password".)

Furthermore, it is doubtful if removing a required feature (according to original author and document format's implementation policy) is to be considered to be a bug fix. In my personal opinion, it's not.
