Hello,

this is an update for app-emacs/vm to version 7.19. See its announcement:

This release mainly fixes the presentation buffer bug of vm-7.18:
* undo change in vm-preview-current-message that required
  vm-auto-decode-mime-messages to be non-nil along with
  vm-display-using-mime before creating the presentation
  copy of a message.  It has the unexpected side-effect of
  breaking 'D' when vm-auto-decode-mime-messages is nil.

There are only trivial changes to vm-7.18.ebuild:
- LICENSE is GPL-1
- added trailing slant to HOMEPAGE

Just noticed that 7.19 is not yet on the distribution site mentioned in SRC_URI.
If it doesn't appear there within the next days, you may change SRC_URI to:
ftp://ftp.uu.net/networking/mail/${PN}/${P}.tar.gz
