Hi,

this bug concerns sci-misc/nco package.

The current ebuild (sci-misc/nco-4.5.1-r2 as several previous ones) fail to provide the ncap2 executable when USE='ncap2'.

Without dev-java/antlr, the installation of the package is successful but without the ncap2 binary.

The problem lies that USE='ncap2" emerge sci-misc/nco do not check for dev-java/antlr-2.7.7 (or dev-java/antlr:0).

Also, the current tree is slightly behind code release (current 4.5.1, while 4.7.5 is in the wild). No easy testing keyword is provided for latest releases.

Is it possible to update nco as well ?
Latest stable is 4.8.1
