i happen for once to hit rsync17.us 3 times in a row on roundrobbin for namerica
and it took the mirror well over an hour for a cvs update to hit it
there has been previous times where i hit this mirror and it felt out of date then also
rsync info that it spit out btw just to make sure i have right mirror is the following:

Bret,

It looks fine to me. I just checked it, and seems to be syncing just fine. If the problem persists, reopen the bug and I can contact the admin. Thanks.
