please create (or re-activate) an e-mail alias 

proctors@gentoo.org

in the special-public category, with the following initial members:

rich0
tamiko
dolsen
leio
zlogene

plus archiving.

Future requests to change the alias should either come from proctors or comrel members.

The alias is currently still active, and includes:

neddyseagoon
blackace

I will replace the member list, then move it to special-public category (from special-private).
