The download from the ghostscript page seems to fail Failed link: http://downloads.ghostscript.com/public/jbig2dec/jbig2dec-0.13.tar.gz only returns a html page with "pageok" written .. seems like an up2date 0.14 download link is here: https://jbig2dec.com/
assigning to graphics@g.o and CC'ing printing@g.o I suspect this might also affect some other packages that download from ghostscript.com (if there are any )
