Hi, I'm working on an unofficial ebuild pack at my site (http://flameeyes.web.ctonet.it/), where I'm adding a lot more eye candy stuff, so I'm having trouble with all the kde stuff: adding all to x11-themes is impossible, so some months ago I splitted out the splash screens to kde-splash subsection, quite without problems because there isn't splash screens in gentoo's official portage. Now I wanted to create a kde-windeco/ section because there are many different kwin clients, but some of them are in gentoo's portage, so I was thinking if it's possible to add this section in portage so I can maintain my ebuildpack in sync with portage. That you want to establish such a section on your website does not justify a new category for around of a dozen of packages. We have categories with hundreds of packages and adding a new category needs to pass possible objections by other devs on the gentoo-dev mailinglist. You may be interested that we'll get a kde-misc category, though.
