I cannot reproduce. The original manifest was using the size and hash of the non-ESR distribution available here: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.0.2/linux-x86_64/en-US/firefox-60.0.2.tar.bz2 But was downloading the ESR one from here instead (which I believe is the correct one now): https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.0.2esr/linux-x86_64/en-US/firefox-60.0.2.tar.bz2
