IPW2200 0.9 ebuild with modified path for firmware, so it fits older /usr/lib-bla-hotplug-paths and the new /lib/firmware.

diff against the 0.8 ebuild.

The Makefile in 0.9 uses different CONFIG_* defines to decide if the tkip and
ccmp modules should be built or not.

Instead of CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_WPA, CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_TKIP, and
CONFIG_IEEE80211_CRYPT_CCMP from 0.8, we now have CONFIG_IEEE80211_WPA only.

I think we should consider syncing the ipw2100 and ipw2200 ebuild structure.
