The application pdftotext gives an error with Latin2 encoding because the /usr/share/xpdf/latin2/Latin2.unicodeMap file contains an empty line. The xpdf-latin2.tar.gz should downloaded again from ftp://ftp.foolabs.com/pub/xpdf/xpdf-latin2.tar.gz

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xpdf-latin2
2. echo 'textEncoding Latin2' >> /etc/xpdfrc
3. pdftotext <*.pdf>

Actual Results:  
There is an error message:

Error: Bad line (5) in unicodeMap file for the 'Latin2' encoding


Expected Results:  
No error message.
