Hi,

i posted this issue a few days ago on gentoo-dev ML,i only wanted it to be also in bugzilla: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.gentoo.devel/21597 .
ebuild and environment files will be attached.

FWIW the qt4 ebuilds are/will be FHS compatible. But doing the same with qt3
would be too much work IMO.
(Reading the linked mail thread, it appears the ebuild attached doesn't 
actually enable any other qt/kde ebuild to compile)
