www-apache/mod_mono-1.0.2

depends on dev-libs/apr.

but apr libs are pretty old...they come with apache2, now.
and apr libs are blocking subversion ebuild too.

so please delete from mod_mono, at least with apache2 USE flag.

This is fixed in the apache herd's overlay.  For me info, drop by #gentoo-apache. :-)

Okay, after talking to some folks in #gentoo-apache, I've fixed this. They are eventually splitting apr out from apache2, but until then, this was definitely broken. Fixed, when they finally split things out, they can add those changes to reflect it.
