While trying to unmess our archives, just discovered the following:

# Copyright 2015 Alex Legler <a3li@gentoo.org>
# Licensed under the terms of the AGPLv3.

However, it doesn't seem that we have this copyright notice anywhere on archives.g.o, or link the sources there.  That looks like AGPL violation.

Section 13 of AGPL-3 only applies under the condition that "you modify the Program". Is this the case here?
