Thank you very much for your contribution and your willingness to maintain this package! That said, we do not normally add packages which only provide live ebuilds. Could you provide at least one release ebuild too, please?

I do not know what is the now a day preferred way to fix a package version if the author is not creating a tag for its release version in the git repo but I could create DATESTAMP version (I think is cleaner but less precise if there is more than 1 commit) or commit ID (precise but needs more book keeping in the ebuild) What say you ? I also have another similar plugin for the s63 chart format that I use every other day on another bug. I can also take care of that one and apply the same for both ebuilds.

Okay they, reassigning the bug to the proxy-maint team. A lot of people use GitHub pull requests for their contributions these days but an ebuild posted here ought to be fine nevertheless.
Apparently it's in ::gentoo already.
I have --sync the just now and it is not in ::gentoo
