Description postmodern 2004-09-27 17:58:35 UTC
grip fails to encode correct genre fields in ogg files. In the config menu grip uses the default command of "-o %m -a %a -l %d -t %n -b %b %w -N %t -G %g -d %y" but for some reason grip passes a number for the genre to the -G flag. Grip should be passing in a text field to -G such as "punk rock" or "electronic" not 52 or 12.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge grip
2. config to encode to oggvorbis
3.

Actual Results:
oggvorbis files with numeric genre fields.

Expected Results:
oggvorbis files with textual genre fields.

This should be passed upstream. If they provide a fix, I'll include it.
