When trying to play internet radio stations included in the default config of Rhythmbox it fails to find an element to handle mime type audio/mpeg.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhythmbox
2. play internet radio station
3.

Actual Results:  
error "There is no element present to handle the stream's mime type audio/mpeg."

Expected Results:  
playing of internet radio.

install gst-plugins-mad or emerge rhythmbox with the mad USE flag set.

Should'nt that use flag be enabled per default since it is needed for the default internet radio configuration?
