emerge log

This is the log of the failed emerge, hope it helps.
Comment 2 Lars Weiler (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-09-27 19:05:29 UTC
I could not reproduce this error on another machine. My guess is, that configure didn't run well. Did you tried merging more than once? Could you re-test?
Comment 3 ZsoL 2004-09-27 22:14:51 UTC
Yes, I've tried emerging more than once.
After an emerge sync it worked like it should. Weird.
Anyway thanks for the support.
Comment 4 Benedikt Böhm (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-11-08 09:56:02 UTC

Log of successful cdrdao-1.1.9 emerge

Same problem here. Sync didn't fix it. Emerge --resume --skipfirst seemed to
solve it. Looks like there was some kind of forward dependancy that wasn't
accounted for. Success log attached.

The subsequent emerges were:-

app-cdr/dvd+rw-tools-5.21.4.10.8
media-sound/cdparanoia-3.9.8-r2
media-libs/a52dec-0.7.4-r3
