to provide zope-3.0 ebuild, masked at start.

no need for masking it. let's name it zopex3 (current version ZopeX3-3.0.0c1)

commited into portage zopex3-3.0.0_rc1. 
Now as ~x86 as its recieved only casual testing.
This ebuild is self sufficient. contains instance creation code at pkg_config stage (as zope-config needs rewrite, adding zopex3 handling at this stage would do more harm than good).

Unfortunatly, currently zopex3 runs as root, as i was unable to run it at other uids.
