When KGet is in the system tray, you can hover over it to get a synopsis of the downloads' status; however, in KDE-3.3 with KGet-0.8.3, that tooltip only lasts for a fraction of a second.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KGet and a download.
2. "Minimize" KGet to the system tray.
3. Hover over the KGet icon in the system tray.
Actual Results:  
The tooltip disappeared after part of a second. I had to keep moving the mouse
around to read it.

Expected Results:  
The tooltip should stay there for several seconds, possibly "forever" until the
mouse moves.
