Dear infra, 

please drop keytoaster, kensington, and tommy[d] from comrel team (alias, bugzilla group, anything else??). 

keytoaster: about to be retired, see his dev bug (I've cross-checked this with pacho)

kensington: inactive, told me so; he's welcome back at any time, once he has more time etc 

tommy[d]: same as kensington
