Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2018-04-10 07:55:40 UTC
I have 2 identity in kmail, each of those have one email account associated.

For each account I have, when I send an email, I see that only the default smtp is used, instead of the default smtp associated to the account

I don't remember such behavior with the previous kmail version. The result is that the email are marked as spam.

I found the problem.

The default outgoing account was deleted from each identity. I set them back, so personally I have resolved the issue, but maybe the bug exists.

If it is a bug in the software please file it to upstream. Can't be fixed downstream by packaging.
