Its homepage links to gentoo.org, and SRC_URI is just our mirror.
The description is not too descriptive either and we have no maintainer since a while. 

There is only one consumer:
Reverse RDEPEND for app-eselect/eselect-chuck: media-sound/chuck-1.3.5.1 media-sound/chuck-1.3.5.2

If this package is still worth to keep, please copy the SRC to devspace and fix the things.

I suggest add proaudio as maintainer, because it is linked to app-eselect/eselect-chuck
