This is the current stable ebuild.

squirrel can't be unbundled, because this project uses a self extended version.

I don't know in which category this games belongs to. For now I use games-kids ???

Seems they have trouble working out what the GPL says?

Authors just replied to my mail about this issue, and they also removed "do not redistribute" from the website, as it was remaining from an older license. They replied fast and seemed happy that someone noticed this problem.

This software is now fully GPL as stated in all sources headers.
