This file is required in order to write LaTeX documents in Greek. This is an ancient issue (I remember struggling with it on RedHat 6).

The file should go to /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/base/.

I'll add it to tetex-2.0.2-r4. (>=tetex-2.96 contains that file)
