nla patch

With windows 10 update freerdp fail to start rdp session.

Since this merge request is related to master branch, I tested the diff with current stable version of freerdp and it worked.

I leave the patch in attachment for those interested.

Applying the patch will solve the problem for windows 10 with recent update.

I change state from fixed to unconfirmed, because is missing the package release for gentoo. I'm applying the patch directly over the last stable gentoo release.
This problem will happen with most recent version that is keyword masked.

I just reviewed today that freerdp-2.0.0_rc1-r1 become stable and have the patch already applied.
