I've set a new rsync mirror, and  It's syncing from local mirror now.

can be accessd via

xinicks.com::gentoo-portage/

or 

xinicks.com::gentoo-x86-portage/

Seems the timestamp is quite a ways off. Get that syncing again and we can work getting you into rotation.

I dont have access permission to rsync1.us.gentoo.org yet. so I manully update my portage mirror now.  (from rsync.gg3.net)

Looks like the rsync server is down, get up and reliably syncing and i can add you into the rotation. yes, we ask yet-to-be-confirmed mirrors to sync from somewhere else before we add them to the access list of our master private rsync server. thanks!

now syncing from ftp.ussg.iu.edu, as source mirror do.

but just 6times for days.

apologies on the very long delay on this bug, finally getting around to adding
in rsync mirrors. seems the mirror is off by a few hours...get that syncing and
i will add it. thanks!
