xft.c:201:37: error: ‘Visual {aka const struct <anonymous>}’ has no member named
 ‘rgba_masks’; did you mean ‘red_mask’?
       red_shift   = maskbase (visual->rgba_masks[0]);
                                     ^~
and a few more similar errors.

The error is rather opaque, but it turns out to be from compiling some no-Xft compatibility code that apparently no longer works.
