app-text/scrollkeeper-dtd-1.0-r1 is being stabilized in bug 642308, and it's already stable for some/most arches.

Newest stable scrollkeeper, though has:

DEPEND="=app-text/scrollkeeper-dtd-1.0"

I don't know relation between the two, but for better user experience it would be good to keep them in sync (by changing dependency to -r1, to -1.0* or making a revbump, for example).
