We really appreciate your contribution.

However, as this is available through the builtin Eclipse Update Manager, and
the ebuild does not build the code from sources, I don't see a good reason to
add this submission to Portage.

It is the stated goal of the Java team to not include binary-only packages
unless absolutely necessary.

If you rework this ebuild to build the FTP WebDAV extension from source code, I
will add it in a jiffy.

If you disagree with our reasoning, feel free to reopen this bug with a 
reason why we are wrong, curses, flames and such:)
