Hi, media-sound/mpd-0.9.19 was recently deleted from the gentoo repo. This was the only stable version on arm, so now there is no stable version. Please re-add or stabilise a newer version, thanks! commit 1eb1c064c5f8eb8d4d299b8e4d43f59152787595 Author: Andreas Sturmlechner <asturm@gentoo.org> Date: Sun Feb 4 17:45:10 2018 +0100 media-sound/mpd: Drop old Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/623408 Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.24, Repoman-2.3.6
arm was not able to stabilise since 2017-07-02.
Correction, 2017-11-11. But sure why not try again.
Pacho, can you check if STABLEREQ->KEYWORDREQ change was intended? media-sound/mpd already has ~arm keywords and request is about stable keyword.
Sorry, I misunderstood the meaning of "keyword" on this context
No love for arm arch? :( How can I help expedite this process?
I'm sure ARM team can use more help. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:ARM
(In reply to Andreas Sturmlechner from comment #7) > I'm sure ARM team can use more help. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:ARM I don't really understand. This issue doesn't seem hard to resolve? That article says to help by posting patches and/or comments on bugzilla. So here we are, commenting on bugzilla. Would posting a patch to revert the removal of the stable mpd-0.9.19 or a patch to update the KEYWORDS of one of the remaining ebuilds really help? Because I can certainly do that if it is useful.
I am not interested in stable keywords for arm
