HPLIP 3.17.11 - This release has the following changes:
Added support for the following new Distros:

- Ubuntu 17.10 (64bit)

Other Requirement:

- Class Driver support

There are a few issues with hplip versions starting from 3.17.11 which I need to figure out before bumping the version.

- compilation with class driver support fails
- newer versions of automake are not supported properly
- eventually drop hpijs and parport support
- strange configure warnings:
ppdc: Warning - overlapping filename "ppd/classppd/hpcups/hp-LJ-Class6.ppd".
./configure: line 16922: test: too many arguments
