flag-o-matic.eclass: -save-temps should be allowed in C*FLAGS etc

Mostly a reminder to self to give this some testing and then add it. 
Useful for debugging gcc miscompilations.

It might be useful for a single compilation unit. But building full gcc (or project of similar size) with temps lying around will be a challenge.
