Please stabilise =perl-core/Scalar-List-Utils-1.460.0 and =virtual/perl-Scalar-List-Utils-1.460.0-r1. They are pulled in by =dev-perl/Data-Compare-1.250.0 (which is pulled in by =dev-tex/biber-2.5), and have been working fine here since November 2016..
Its not standard practice to stabilize perl-core, and we avoid it if at all possible. Additionally, Data-Compare only requires that any version of virtual/perl-Scalar-List-Utils is installed ( which is satisfied by having any version of dev-lang/perl installed ). We'd only *consider* stabilizing a perl-core package if a specific newer version was necessary. Because prematurely stabilizing perl-core/ and virtual/perl-* ahead of dev-lang/perl tends to create issues later. Subsequently, unless a more compelling argument can be made for stabilizing this, it will have to be rejected, because this boils down to requesting that dev-lang/perl-5.26 be stabilized, which is not anywhere near happening. ( we usually only even provide these virtuals for people who are adults and wish to be potentially responsible for possibly breaking their own system/fixing a confused portage while running ~arch )
