hal-device-manager in the package hal-0.2.97 depends on gnome-python.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run hal-device-manager without having emerged gnome-python


Actual Results:  
jonls@jonlinux ~ % hal-device-manager
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/hal-device-manager", line 8, in ?
    import gnome
ImportError: No module named gnome

hal-device-manager is a dev tool, it is of no consequence to users and as such i didn't include it in the dep count. To have something lowlevel as hal dep on gnome-python is silly.
