0.1.0 is over 5 years old at this point and has a nasty bug that fills up /tmp.
Right now 0.3.0 is looking very good.

137M /tmp/simple-mtpfs-CdMECM 10 minutes after cp'ing a 137MB file out of an attached Android device.

Reproducible: Always
