Are you sure the perl installation of that tinderbox image is ok?

This error makes me wonder :/

Hhm, the 0.10.0-r1 was installed there fine at Mon Feb  5 20:50:11 201, the dev-libs/check-0.12.0 were emerged today too, so I think sth were wrong there but not worth to investigate,or ?
