Privoxy[1] does extensive logging besides syslog (i.e. /var/log/privoxy/privoxy.log and /var/log/privoxy/jarfile). Because these log-files grow very fast (like mentioned in the privoxy documentation), the package should install a logrotate config file into /etc/logrotate.d/.
